To be considered for this job, you'll need:
·Experience scaling websites.
·Several years of Rails experience is helpful, but not necessary if you have a lot of scaling experience.
·Good communication and people skills
It would be great, if you also have:
·Front-end tuning experience.
·Familiarity with Ruby GC, resque and unicorn.
·Knowledge of performance monitoring systems other than New Relic.
